About this role
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and DBS clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Strong classroom practice in KS1/KS2 with evidence of improving children’s outcomes.
- Experience leading or coordinating a subject across a school.
- Ability to use assessment to identify gaps and design effective catch-up.
- Strong coaching, communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to inclusion, disadvantaged pupils and safeguarding.
