Requirements
- Demonstrable track record of using large language models, such as Claude and Claude Cowork, to deliver business improvements
- Advanced Excel modelling skills
- Strong PowerPoint and data presentation capabilities
- Experience translating complex processes or specialist knowledge into practical, automated solutions
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues and deliver engaging, tailored training
- Sound analytical judgement and a pragmatic, hands-on approach
- Keen interest in emerging technology and confidence shaping new ways of working
- Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, AI workflows or industrial markets is advantageous but not essential
Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated Excel models and produce insightful PowerPoint presentations
- Transform manual, knowledge-intensive processes into reliable, AI-enabled tools
- Support the wider adoption of AI across the business
- Evaluate emerging technologies and develop practical workflows
- Deliver tailored AI training to colleagues
- Help establish effective AI governance, ensuring tools are used responsibly and outputs are accurate, secure and fit for purpose
- Work with commercial, sales, finance, operations and technical teams to improve business efficiency and decision-making through data analytics, automation and AI
