More
We are an independent, next-generation creative agency with 18 years of experience partnering with ambitious brands across sectors to deliver creative solutions that drive growth. Our team of 60 is based in London and the US. This is a permanent, full-time AI & CX Experience Designer role at the intersection of AI, customer experience, research and design—not a traditional CX or product design position. You will work across client projects and our CX practice, using AI as a creative and thinking partner to explore new ways of understanding customers, solving problems and designing experiences.
We welcome people who are excited by uncertainty, bring their own ideas and enjoy experimenting, particularly with tools such as Claude and Gemini. The role is hybrid, with a minimum of two days per week in our London office. The start date is January 2027, and the salary is £50,000–£60,000 depending on experience. To apply, send your CV and a link to examples of your AI work, such as a portfolio, demo or recording; you will be asked to walk through one at interview.
