Requirements
- We require at least three years of commercial experience in a software engineering or development role.
- We require strong practical experience developing web applications using Next.js and React.
- We require proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and C#.
- We require practical experience with MySQL databases, including database design and query optimisation.
- We require experience using version control systems such as Git in a collaborative development environment.
- We look for evidence of relevant technical experience through previous projects or professional work.
- We require strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- We require the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- We require willingness to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote work with regular office attendance.
- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms, including application hosting, cloud databases, and CI/CD pipelines, is desirable.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs using C# and .NET is desirable.
- Familiarity with real-time communication technologies such as WebSockets or Socket.io is desirable.
Responsibilities
- We ask you to develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using Next.js and React, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.

- We ask you to produce clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using JavaScript, TypeScript, and C#.
- We ask you to manage features throughout the development lifecycle, from initial design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing support.
- We ask you to participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
- We ask you to provide guidance and support to less experienced developers where appropriate.
- We ask you to collaborate with technical leads and other team members to deliver projects in line with agreed objectives and timelines.
