Requirements
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within a business-to-consumer organisation
- Experience with stakeholder management, requirements engineering, process modelling, and a range of analysis and investigation techniques
- Clear communication, strong listening skills, and a collaborative approach
- Curiosity and an interest in understanding how processes and systems work together
- Ability to translate complexity into clarity and support the delivery of high-quality digital products
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management
- A commitment to meaningful work that supports members on their weight-loss journeys
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements to support clear communication and effective delivery
- Map current and future processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Work with colleagues across Product and Technology to ensure changes are understood and aligned with the product vision
- Support the development of digital experience features, including onboarding, personalised support, community connection, intuitive tools, and Consultant-led engagement
- Help ensure developments provide an exceptional experience for members
- Work with other Business Analysts across the business to strengthen the analysis function

Were looking for a Business Analyst to join our Member Product team and help shape the digital experience for our group and Slimming World Online members. Youll collaborate with Product Owners, User Experience Designers, Developers, and stakeholders across the organisation, contributing to our ongoing transformation and our vision for a supportive, personalised, and simple digital experience. This is a full-time, in-person role at our Head Office in Alfreton. Once established in the role, colleagues may work from home up to one day per week or choose a nine-day fortnight.
