Requirements
- We require fluency in Mandarin and English.
- We require a degree, preferably in Computing, Engineering, or a related field.
- We require solid experience in IT operations, maintenance, and security, with a good understanding of enterprise-level IT infrastructure and network environments.
- We require independent problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve common server, network, endpoint, and infrastructure issues, identify root causes, coordinate resources, and drive resolution during major incidents or emergencies.
- We value a willingness to learn new skills and technology.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Information security and cybersecurity knowledge and experience are advantageous.
- Familiarity with VMware infrastructure and Windows or Linux administration, and/or network engineering, is advantageous.
- We require strong risk and compliance awareness.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and able to provide relevant supporting documentation.
Responsibilities
- We will ask you to assist the Head of IT in managing the London Branchs IT functions, focusing on IT operations and maintenance, infrastructure, systems and networks, production operations, and related information security activities.
- You will manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Branchs IT infrastructure.
- You will manage network and core system operations and maintenance.
- You will implement Head Office IT operations and maintenance management requirements.
- You will manage IT changes, incidents, and problems.
- You will participate in disaster recovery, emergency response, and business continuity management.
- You will support London Branch employees with their IT needs, helping ensure they have appropriate technology and support for their day-to-day work.
- You will assist with the Branchs information security work and help safeguard its network against cybersecurity events.
- You will coordinate with IT vendors and third-party technical service providers.
- You will support the implementation of the Branchs IT projects.
- You will research new technology and support the transfer of digitalization in the London Branch.
- We may ask you to undertake other duties within your capacity as needed to meet the Banks business needs.
