Requirements
- Experienced User Researcher
- End-to-end user research and research strategy
- User interviews, usability testing and workshop facilitation
- User needs analysis, journey mapping and concept validation
- Experience working in multidisciplinary Agile teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement and insight reporting
- CESA and Self Assessment knowledge is highly advantageous
- Eligible for BPSS clearance

We are seeking a User Researcher for a major government digital transformation programme. The role is based in Telford or Worthing, with hybrid working and two days per week onsite. The initial Discovery contract is four months, at up to £400 per day inside IR35, with a strong likelihood of extension into the Alpha and Build phases.
