Requirements
- 2+ years of multi-tenant MSP experience
- Entra ID administration, including app registrations, API permissions, admin consent, and single sign-on
- Conditional Access and Intune policy design, testing, and rollout
- Exchange Online security, including sign-in log review, inbox rule analysis, and message trace
- PowerShell and Microsoft Graph scripting
- Clear, professional communication with senior and non-technical clients
- Right to work in the UK
- Preferred: Mac management through an Apple MDM platform, ideally Addigy, including Apple Business Manager and automated device enrolment
- Preferred: Azure resource administration, such as Key Vault, virtual machines, certificates, subscriptions, and role-based access
- Preferred: SharePoint and Microsoft 365 migration experience
- Preferred: Microsoft SC-300 or MS-102 certification
- Preferred: Experience with Huntress, CIPP, or HaloPSA
- Preferred: Exposure to regulated financial services clients
- Cybersecurity and MSP experience of 2 years each are listed as preferred
Responsibilities
- Set up and secure Microsoft 365 tenants for new and existing clients
- Design, test, and roll out Conditional Access and Intune policies
- Investigate suspicious sign-ins, compromised mailboxes, and email threats
- Automate repetitive work using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
- Deliver migrations and projects while working directly with clients
- Act as the technical escalation point for the service desk
- Manage Huntress, CIPP, Intune, Defender, and backup platforms, and produce the monthly health report
- Look after the Microsoft 365 tenants of our clients, balancing planned projects with day-to-day security work and collaborating with clients and our wider team
