Requirements
- Strong ServiceNow architecture experience, including practical TSOM implementation experience
- Hands-on JavaScript development, ServiceNow configuration, and REST/SOAP integrations
- Understanding of telecom operations, service assurance, and CMDB/CSDM
- Experience with TM Forum APIs, IntegrationHub, or MID Servers is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Design and implement TSOM solutions covering event ingestion, alarm correlation, and service impact analysis
- Integrate ServiceNow with telecom monitoring and operational systems
- Define CMDB/CSDM service models to support service visibility and impact assessment
- Guide developers, review technical designs, and resolve delivery challenges
