Requirements
- Senior operations experience in digital services, telecoms, or a related service business
- Evidence of improving processes and leading teams through change
- Commercial judgement, strong project management skills, and a customer-focused approach
- Familiarity with web development, SEO/PPC, or VoIP is useful
Responsibilities
- Lead operations across digital services, telecoms, and customer support
- Simplify processes and improve handovers, service quality, and efficiency
- Build the teams, accountability, and operational structure needed to support growth
- Work with the CEO and CTO to bring service delivery and customer support together
- Improve workflows, develop team leaders, introduce better performance measures, and support technology projects
