Requirements
- Experience designing organisation-wide, multi-entity target-state business architecture, including capability maps, operating models, value streams and business services models, aligned with macro business strategy.
- Essential: experience in banking Sales & Trading.
Responsibilities
- Design the EMEA target-state business architecture across departments, functions, legal entities and branches.
- Collaborate with departments, functions and other regions, coordinating work across these areas.
- Help departments and functions clarify their business strategies to inform the target-state design.
- Develop a roadmap for delivering the target-state business architecture, sequencing work to balance business outcomes, cost, delivery time and project risks.
