Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional C# development experience.
- Minimum 2 years of active experience with AI coding tools, LLMs, or automated code-generation agents.
- Exceptional hands-on coding ability and a deep understanding of C# architecture.
- A methodical approach to system integration, debugging, and comprehensive unit and integration testing.
- Confident communication skills, including the ability to constructively challenge architectural ideas and propose innovations.
- Commitment to working on-site daily at our North Norwich office.
Responsibilities
- Direct, monitor, and review code generated by AI agents.
- Integrate AI-generated code into cohesive, scalable, robust software solutions.
- Manually refactor, optimize, and fix complex logical errors when AI-generated code falls short.
- Test and debug high-stakes logistics systems methodically.
- Identify workflow improvements and recommend changes to AI prompt strategies, tooling, and the codebase.
- For roles at the upper salary band, plan and prioritize project delivery, manage timelines, and engage with stakeholders alongside development duties.
