Requirements
- Experience designing and building systems in Laravel.
- Experience developing PHP systems.
- Experience working with MySQL databases.
- Confidence communicating with clients to gather requirements and handle feedback.
- Ability to manage your workload independently.
- Innovative and forward-thinking approach.
- Desirable: Experience in or interest in mobile app development.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and write clear specifications.
- Design systems and efficient, logical user interfaces that meet customer requirements.
- Build new systems using Laravel, PHP, and MySQL.
- Produce system documentation.
- Install and deploy systems for customers.
- Test your work, gather feedback, and communicate directly with clients.
- Diagnose and fix bugs across new and existing systems.
- Deliver future enhancements based on customer needs.
- Maintain and support existing Laravel and PHP systems and MySQL databases.

We are seeking a Laravel / PHP Software Engineer to take projects from initial conversation through live installation and ongoing support. You will work in small project teams of one to three people. This is a full-time role based on-site five days a week in Norwich.
