- GCSE or equivalent preferred
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- 2 years of technical support experience preferred
- Ability to reliably commute to Bedford MK43 9ND or plan to relocate before starting

Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone and email to customers, installers, and commercial partners
- Diagnose electrical, connectivity, commissioning, and configuration issues
- Log, track, and manage cases through CRM systems, ensuring accurate documentation
- Escalate complex faults to engineering where required, with structured technical summaries
- Support commissioning of EV chargepoints, including load management, CT clamp configuration, and network setup
- Interpret installation photos, site surveys, and electrical schematics
- Assist with firmware updates and software-related troubleshooting
- Work closely with Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to identify recurring product issues
- Support root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide feedback into product development to improve reliability and user experience
- Communicate technical information in a clear, professional manner appropriate to the audience
- Maintain ownership of cases through to resolution
- Protect brand standards through calm, structured problem handling
