Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in research coordination, participant recruitment, or projectmanagementStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreamsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHighly detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and strong follow-throughNice to have:
Experience working directly with UX or marketing researchersFamiliarity with tools like Qualtrics, Braze, Iterable, Taxi, or similarExperience improving campaign performance through A/B testing or personalizationBackground in fast-paced tech, startup, or agency environments
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Client’s Research team exists to champion the voice of our Client’s audiences and fuel product
innovation with objective, actionable insights. As a Research Project Coordinator on client’s
Research Operations team, you’ll play a mission-critical role in supporting one of Client’s core
values: “Customer obsessed, not competitor focused.”
You’ll be the direct connection between Client and their customers — the person who enables
researchers to engage with real users and gather the insights that shape everything from product features to business strategy.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the
company. You’ll gain exposure to how different teams function, how decisions get made, and how a customer-centric mindset drives innovation across Client’s structure.
You’ll also join a close-knit, experienced, and supportive team of research project coordinators
who work fast, share knowledge freely, and have built a trusted presence throughout the
Organization.
