We are looking for a highly organised, systematic leader with experience in complex programmes to help us realize our ambition of becoming a top-ten medical school. This 18-month secondment is designed to expand your strategic skills, enhance your management profile, and make a real difference to both staff and students across our high-profile MBChB programme.

We are looking for:

• A collaborative, motivated colleague with an understanding of Higher Education regulations, governance, and quality assurance.
• An experienced line manager or supervisor passionate about helping colleagues reach their full potential.
• A clear communicator skilled at building relationships and negotiating across institutional levels.
• A proactive problem-solver comfortable prioritizing competing deadlines and making autonomous decisions.
