Service Coordinator On-site: 2400 West 84th Street, Hialeah,Florida, 330166mo contract-to-hire Rate: $25-29 hr The Service Coordinator supports the servicedepartment by accurately scheduling and dispatching service technicians,maintaining up-to-date customer and contract records, and ensuring timely andaccurate billing for completed service jobs. This role requires strongcomputer, organizational, and communication skills to manage service calls,track materials and warranties, and provide professional support to bothcustomers and internal teams in a fast-paced office environment. Essential Skills
- Prior experience dispatching service personnel and coordinating technician schedules for service-related issues.
- Experience billing customers for completed service jobs or service tickets.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to work effectively in a service software application and maintain accurate data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a clear and articulate speaking voice.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, files, and schedules simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented approach to logging service information, updating records, and handling paperwork.
- Follow-through skills to ensure tasks, updates, and commitments are completed accurately and on time.
- Timely and accurate updating of each job and contract file.
- Professional, business-like demeanor with customers and service technicians.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer relations and results orientation.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and people skills for working with internal teams and external customers.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hialeah, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
