About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Project Coordinator / Customer Operations Coordinator to support a leading medical device organization specializing in advanced patient simulation technology used by healthcare professionals and training programs. This position sits at the center of the customer order process. Youll coordinate with customers, internal departments, distribution partners, finance teams, and banking partners to make sure orders move from purchase order through fulfillment accurately and efficiently. The role combines customer communication, project coordination, order management, problem-solving, and administrative responsibilities. What Youll Be Doing

• Manage customer purchase orders and order-entry activities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for new and existing customers throughout the order lifecycle
• Coordinate across Finance, Order Management, Subscription Services, Distribution, and other internal teams
• Track orders from initial submission through fulfillment
• Research and resolve order discrepancies, payment issues, and fulfillment concerns
• Communicate with banking and payment partners when necessary to resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within Salesforce and other internal systems
• Ensure required customer documentation and information are complete and accurate
• Provide responsive, white-glove customer support throughout the ordering process
• Handle a combination of customer communication, administrative work, coordination, and data entry
• Manage multiple customer requests and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to problem-solve and take ownership of customer issues
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn Salesforce or similar CRM/business systems
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, approximately 1020% of the day
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
