This position is responsible for assembling custom storage and organization products in a warehouse environment, preparing materials for installation crews, and loading company vehicles for project deployment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to grow with a stable and expanding organization.

Schedule

• Monday - Thursday
• 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Overtime available on Fridays
• Enjoy a three-day weekend most weeks when overtime is not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble storage systems and related products using hand and power tools.
• Read and follow work orders, production sheets, and assembly instructions.
• Pull, stage, and organize materials for upcoming installations.
• Load and unload company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory organization and warehouse improvement projects.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or production experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41000.00 - $45000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
