Now Hiring - Welders/Fitters in Carlisle, PA
Pay - $20-$27/hour1st Shift: 7:00AM - 3:30 PMJoin a growing custom metal fabrication shop where you'll build high-quality architectural and structural steel products. We're looking for a skilled Welder/Fitter who takes pride in craftsmanship and can work independently from blueprint to finished product.
What You'll Do
- Fabricate, fit, and weld custom metal products including railings, stairs, platforms, fencing, and structural steel components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
- Perform MIG and Flux Core welding to meet quality standards.
- Operate fabrication equipment such as plasma cutters, shears, and presses.
- Assemble and complete projects from layout through final fabrication.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of welding, fitting, or structural steel fabrication experience.
- Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
- Experience with MIG welding; Flux Core experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and produce quality welds.
- 3G welding certification is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of CARLISLE, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
