Job Title: Warehouse Worker1st 2nd and 3rd shifts available Job DescriptionThe Warehouse Worker plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by accurately picking and packing customer orders, assisting with inventory activities, and contributing to general production tasks. This position helps ensure that products move efficiently through the facility and are prepared correctly for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately and efficiently according to established procedures and documentation.
• Pack orders securely, ensuring items are properly protected, labeled, and prepared for shipment.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including counting, organizing, and replenishing stock as needed.
• Perform general production duties to support overall warehouse and manufacturing workflows.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently, including loading, unloading, and moving products throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with facility guidelines.
• Follow all operational and safety procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Essential Skills

• Experience with order picking in a warehouse or production environment.
• Ability to pack products accurately and securely for shipment.
• Basic understanding of inventory processes such as counting and organizing stock.
• General labor skills, including the ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
• Experience in production or manufacturing support within a warehouse setting.
• Attention to detail to ensure orders are picked and packed correctly.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong work ethic and reliability in meeting daily workload and schedule requirements.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elwood, IL.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
