Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 4-Day Work Week or a Fri-Sun with 12 hour shifts

What You'll Do

• Assemble mechanical components and large-scale systems using hand and power tools
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to complete assemblies accurately
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Collaborate with production teams, engineers, and leadership to improve processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Contribute to the production of industry-leading HVAC and energy-efficient equipment

What We're Looking For

• Months to years of assembly, manufacturing, or related hands-on experience preferred
• Experience assembling large components in industries such as HVAC, aerospace, automotive, construction, cabinetry, or similar
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, or technical drawings
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
