🛠 What You'll Do
As a Production Assembler III, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products are assembled, tested, and shipped to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
Daily Responsibilities
Receive products and enter information into internal systems Review work orders and follow detailed assembly instructions Read, document, and complete assigned production tasks Clean products using approved cleaning solutions Inspect products for damaged, worn, or defective components Disassemble units and replace parts according to specifications Perform in-house quality inspections and testing Conduct basic functional software testing and updates Document defective parts following "See Something, Say Something" procedures Maintain accurate records and production documentation Follow established policies, procedures, and production standards Use computers daily for work orders, tracking, and training activities
🎯 What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
1+ Year of Assembly or Manufacturing Experience Experience Using Hand & Power Tools Strong Mechanical Aptitude Basic Computer Skills and Data Entry Experience Ability to Read and Follow Detailed Instructions Quality-Focused Mindset Experience in Electronic Assembly or General Production Ability to Stand and Sit Throughout the Workday Ability to Lift Up to 45 Pounds Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
