Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our growing team. This role is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control systems, panels, and components in a production/manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have hands-on electrical experience and pride themselves on quality workmanship and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical components, control panels, and subassemblies according to schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
- Perform wiring, routing, and terminating of electrical connections
- Install components such as relays, switches, sensors, and circuit breakers
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively
- Conduct quality checks and basic troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and timelines
Qualifications
- Prior experience in electrical assembly, panel building, or a related field preferred
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working with tools and in a manufacturing/production setting
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Dependable with strong work ethic

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Palmetto, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
