Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable Loader Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading uniform garments and facility service products, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining an organized work environment. This position is ideal for candidates with warehouse, production, or material handling experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Load company trucks accurately according to load sheets
- Unload incoming products and place materials in designated areas
- Perform material handling and general warehouse duties
- Conduct routine safety inspections on equipment and work areas
- Maintain production standards while following established procedures
- Assist with quality checks, wrapping, and shipment preparation
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines at all times
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, production, or distribution environments
- Loading and unloading experience
- Material handling and shipment processing experience
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent overnight schedule

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
