Why Work Here? Employees benefit from modern, temperature-controlled facilities and a strong focus on safety at all locations. The organization offers excellent employee benefits and provides opportunities to work in both smaller, close-knit teams and larger, high-volume operations. Work processes are well-defined, with organized inventory and supplies, giving employees a structured environment to perform at their best while contributing to a stable, growing manufacturing operation. Work EnvironmentThe work takes place in temperature-controlled manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
One site is a modern, very clean, and recently remodeled facility with a smaller workforce, typically 1015 employees on first shift and about half that on second shift. This location has a highly organized production floor and warehouse, with a strong emphasis on safety and clearly arranged inventory and supplies. The other site is larger and houses a few hundred employees across shifts. It has more production lines and higher volume, which can create a more fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment, but it remains temperature controlled and in good condition.
This larger facility includes multiple break rooms and security checkpoints at the entrance. Across both locations, operations focus on manufacturing products, bottling them, staging pallets, and shipping orders, with one site handling more customized orders and the other focusing on continuous batches and repeat client orders.
