🕐 Available 12-Hour Shifts
- A Shift: 8:00 PM 8:00 AM | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & every other Sunday
- B Shift: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & every other Sunday
- C Shift: 8:00 PM 8:00 AM | Thursday, Friday, Saturday & every other Sunday
- D Shift: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM | Thursday, Friday, Saturday & every other Sunday
- 💰 Additional shift differentials available for qualifying schedules
🛠 What Youll Do
- Set up and operate production machinery while monitoring and adjusting settings for quality and efficiency
- Load raw materials and safely handle materials throughout the manufacturing process
- Perform routine equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor troubleshooting
- Use precision measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product quality
- Maintain production documentation while following all safety, quality, and production standards
What Were Looking For
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to consistently work scheduled 12-hour shifts in a heavy industrial environment
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a heavy manufacturing or industrial environment
- Forklift experience
- Preventative maintenance experience
- Experience operating production machinery and tooling
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Mount Joy, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48214.40 - $48214.40/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Benefits include:
Base yearly earnings with no overtime can exceed $54,000/yr
Top scale yearly earnings with no overtime can exceed $60,000/yr
No mandatory overtime but overtime is usually available
Company paid pension

Optional discounted Delta Dental insurance available
