What Youll Do
- Move raw materials and finished products throughout production, staging, and shipping areas
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to safely transport skids and materials
- Use RF scan guns and computer systems to track, label, and process inventory
- Load and unload trucks, pack and stack products, and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records while keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized
What Were Looking For
- Previous sit-down or stand-up forklift experience; training on additional equipment may be provided
- Comfortable using RF scanners, computers, and basic inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail with basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable team player who can communicate clearly and follow safety procedures
Preferred Experience
- Material handling, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience
- Shipping/receiving, picking, packing, or inventory control experience
- Experience with bills of lading or third-party shipping processes
- Assembly or mechanical experience is a plus

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Lancaster, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
