Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to support quality control, laboratory testing, inspections, and documentation activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience or exposure to GMP and FDA-regulated practices, laboratory procedures, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine product and laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures.
• Conduct quality inspections and document results accurately.
• Review batch records and other quality documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Manage, track, and maintain product and laboratory samples.
• Assist with quality investigations, deviations, and documentation as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with GMP and FDA requirements.
• Support quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and communicate potential quality issues to appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with Quality, Laboratory, Manufacturing, and Operations personnel.

Essential Skills

• Experience in quality control, GMP, laboratory procedures, and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA regulations, and quality systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accurately follow written procedures and maintain detailed documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate degree or relevant college coursework in Biology, Chemistry, Laboratory Science, or a related scientific field preferred.
• Previous experience in a quality, laboratory, or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a manufacturing lab operating on a first shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The work environment is conducive to collaboration with teams across Quality, Laboratory, Manufacturing, and Operations.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Boca Raton, FL.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $52000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.401k
