Keeping front of house clean, tidy and well-presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day. Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas are replenished throughout the day as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.

Applicants must demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene, compassion, and commitment to delivering culinary services. Experience in a similar setting, such as a restaurant or hotel, is desirable. A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would also be beneficial.

Qualifications Essential
Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene, compassion, and commitment to the delivery of culinary services. Experience in a restaurant or hotel is desirable. A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.
