Job Qualifications
Five years of experience in retail operations/management, inventory management, procurement and/or developing business policies, programs and strategies with three years of experience in a project management supporting role required. Professional development in project risk management, project cost management, project scope management and life cycle management is highly desired.

Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in retail operations/management, inventory management, procurement and/or developing business policies, programs and strategies with three years of experience in a project management supporting role required. Professional development in project risk management, project cost management, project scope management and life cycle management are highly desired.

Major Duties
Analyzes business conditions. Recommends changes in procedures.
Develops business policies. Interprets and applies organization policy.
Cooperates and coordinates with the other departments and contractors in the preparation of the analysis, research, design, development, conversion and implementation of programs, projects and/or systems.
Compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Work Challenges
24x7 work environment supporting Exchange operations, which requires either shift work, on call, and/or after hours project work and may include holidays, and weekends
IT environment is constantly changing demanding quick solutions and evolving skills
IT position located at HQ
IT position - there may be some TDY associated with this IT work
