Designs, creates, and delivers systemic solutions to support governance of the enterprise project portfolio policies, processes, procedure and methodology.
Job Qualifications
Five years of experience extracting and reporting on large volume of data using data analysis and reporting tools (such as SQL, SAS, Power BI, etc.) is required. Experience in project management preferred.

Bachelor's degree and three years of experience extracting and reporting on large volume of data using data analysis and reporting tools (such as SQL, SAS, Power BI, etc.) is required. Experience in project management preferred.

Required
- Executing queries to pull project-related data from financial and programmatic databases such as Microsoft Project Server Subscription Edition
- Report generation and analysis to identify trends, risks, and issues to the portfolio and to individual projects in the portfolio
- Development of user interfaces to underlying databases
- SharePoint file and metadata entry and management
- Pivot table (Excel, Hyperion, etc.) experience
- Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Planner, Project Server, Jira, etc.)
- Ability to identify trends, find root causes of problematic trends, and recommend solutions to problematic trends
Preferred
- Experience leveraging generative artificial intelligence to accelerate solution (systems, interfaces, reports) implementation and trend analysis
- Desire to earn Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) Certification
- Collaborative, team-based approach to decision making
- Process improvement (mapping, analysis, redesign, and documentation)
Major Duties
Derives project and portfolio data insights and assesses methods to measure project performance. Supports data driven business decisions by developing both standard and adhoc dashboards, reports, graphs, and charts using statistical analytics and methodologies.
Compiles and transforms information into consumable formats by retrieving large data sets from multiple sources such as electronic documents, databases and systems.
Creates, updates, and maintains user interfaces that allow for entry of project and portfolio data into a common repository.
Manages and maintains project and portfolio data as well as solutions to ensure data integrity as well as availability through continual monitoring, tracking, and analysis. Provides guidance on proper use of the systemic solutions implemented.
