Are you a nurse practitioner or physician assistant seeking a rewarding hospital medicine opportunity with a collaborative team and exceptional work-life balance? TeamHealth is expanding in Snellville, Georgia, at Piedmont Eastside Medical Center and is looking for an experienced advanced practice clinician to join our hospital medicine team on nights.
Located just 45 minutes from downtown Atlanta, this position offers the opportunity to practice in a supportive, well-established program while enjoying a predictable 7-on/7-off block schedule.
Piedmont Eastside Medical Center
- 310-bed acute care facility
- 24-bed closed ICU
- 38-bed emergency department
- Approximately 45,000 annual ED visits
- EPIC electronic medical record system
- Excellent specialty support
- TeamHealth provides critical care, emergency medicine, and hospital medicine services
Position Highlights
- Full-time night shift position - 7pm-7am
- 7-on/7-off block schedule
- Tuesday through Monday rotation
- Primary responsibilities include: cross-coverage, admissions, and overnight patient management
- No procedures required
- ED manages codes
- No solo clinician coverage: work alongside at least one nocturnist hospitalist physician each night + additional support from a swing-shift NP/PA
