Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support Key Account Management across the AM Region. This position will serve as a key operational partner supporting sales operations, purchasing, commercial documentation, billing readiness, forecasting, and account reporting across manufacturing and affiliate business units. The ideal candidate has experience working across Sales, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Project Management, and Operations and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong follow-through, accurate documentation, and the ability to keep purchasing, contracting, billing, and sales activities moving from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage regional sales operations activities, including trackers, weekly status reviews, action items, and monthly reporting.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM data, including opportunities, accounts, contacts, sales stages, close dates, next steps, and activities.
• Prepare pipeline, forecasting, bookings, purchasing, billing, and account-status reports for leadership.
• Support IT purchasing activities for hardware, software, licensing, and services, including quotes, approvals, order tracking, delivery confirmation, and billing handoff.
• Coordinate quotes, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, renewals, pricing information, and signature milestones.
• Track Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), goods receipts, invoices, AR status, IO/WBS records, and related approvals.
• Monitor billing readiness and help resolve discrepancies involving POs, deliveries, invoices, payment status, or supporting documentation.
• Partner with KAM, Finance, Procurement, Legal, PMO, technical teams, and site operations to track deliverables, dependencies, deadlines, and issues.
• Prepare meeting materials, account updates, action logs, risk summaries, and QBR/MBR reporting.
• Maintain SOPs, templates, checklists, and process documentation while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and reporting.
• Handle customer, pricing, contractual, and commercial information with appropriate confidentiality and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Business Operations, Procurement Operations, or a related function.
• Experience supporting multiple accounts, business units, or locations while managing competing priorities.
• Hands-on experience with SAP-related processes, including PR/PO activity, goods receipts, invoicing/AR visibility, IO/WBS tracking, or related reporting.
• Experience maintaining CRM data and producing pipeline and forecast reporting; Salesforce strongly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, data validation, reconciliation, and recurring reporting.
• Familiarity with quotes, SOWs, MSAs, purchase orders, invoicing, and billing processes.
• Strong project coordination, organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across Sales, Finance, Procurement, Legal, technical, and operational teams.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, judgment, and documentation skills.
• Must be able to work onsite at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing America in Montgomery, AL five days per week.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montgomery, AL.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
