Hiring Industrial & Hydraulic Hose Assembler in Carlisle, PA!
Job DescriptionThis role combines forklift operation with hands-on industrial and hydraulic hose assembly in a warehouse and production environment. You will assemble, test, and inspect hose products used in a wide range of commercial and industrial applications, while supporting material handling and inventory activities. The position is well-suited for someone who enjoys physically active work, using tools and equipment, and contributing to a close-knit production team.
Responsibilities
- Assemble industrial and hydraulic hoses and couplings in accordance with written work orders and established procedures.
- Manually assemble hoses and couplings using presses, crimpers, and a variety of hand and power tools.
- Test fire hoses and other hose assemblies following documented standards and safety guidelines.
- Read and follow work orders and instructions written in English to complete each job accurately.
- Inspect assembled products for quality issues and promptly report defects or concerns to a supervisor.
- Ability to read and understand written work instructions and work orders in English.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools and power tools for assembly work.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality and accurate documentation.

- $20-$21 (paid weekly)
Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a warehouse and production setting with hands-on, team-oriented work and a physically active daily routine. You will work in a brand-new facility in Carlisle, PA, as part of a small team of about 1012 employees, creating a close-knit, family-feel environment. The position involves manual assembly of hoses, frequent use of hand and power tools, and operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers. The workday includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two paid breaks, supporting a structured but comfortable schedule. The environment emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and organization, with regular use of RF scanners and warehouse systems to manage inventory and picking activities.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
