General Production Worker - 1st Shift
Location: Mackeyville, PA Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Friday, 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM Pay Rate: $14.00/hourWeekly Pay!
Job Responsibilities
- Handle and inspect product.
- Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Follow detailed work instructions.
- Assist with assembly, sorting, staging, and packaging of finished products.
- Maintain accurate labeling and proper handling of materials.
- Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all cleanroom, safety, and contamination-control requirements.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 30 lbs. when needed.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to stand for the majority of the workday.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or inspection experience is a plus but not required.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mackeyville, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
