About this role
Our client is an international product-based IT company with 400+ people on board specializing in the iGaming industry. Founded in 2014, the company quickly became a leader in the CIS region and is now expanding globally.
- We are currently looking for a Lawyer to join our team. 📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution: Work with payment systems and subcontractors.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, legal documents, templates, legal opinions, correspondence, and analytical reports.
- Assisting with the opening of bank accounts across multiple jurisdictions worldwide. 📚 Your qualifications: Full legal qualification.
- 2+ years of experience as an in-house lawyer or legal counsel.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Hands-on experience working with the legal frameworks of Cyprus, the EU, the UK, or other international jurisdictions.
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, including AML and licensing matters.
- Practical experience providing day-to-day corporate legal support across multiple jurisdictions, including employment, commercial lease, and software distribution matters.
- Strong contract drafting, legal writing, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
