We are seeking a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Warehouse Assistant Manager to support daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse employees. You will be working directly for a well-established and successfully operated Wholesale and E-commerce company in the Footwear and Apparel industry. They are an excellent company to work for, with low turnover and happy employees! The ideal candidate is a confident leader with a positive attitude, strong computer skills, and the ability to hold employees accountable.
Responsibilities
- Assign daily tasks to warehouse employees and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
- Supervise, motivate, and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and coordinate merchandise transfers from the warehouse to retail locations.
- Assist with invoicing and correctly apply payments or funds to the appropriate orders.
- Maintain accurate records using SAP Business One, Microsoft Excel, and other computer systems.
- Support efficient daily warehouse operations and help resolve employee or workflow issues.
