You’ll be working for eGroup Technologies, which is an IT-subsidiary of the ebuero AG. ebuero AG is the leading provider of virtual office services in Europe. We develop and operate a Software-as-a-Service platform to provide tens of thousands of freelancers and small businesses customers across Europe with remote secretarial and new work solutions. Our mission is to give people the space to focus on what they are best at.
Your Role
- As our System Administrator, you keep the IT behind our platform, our 1,000+ colleagues and 500+ clients running – and make it better every day.
- You'll work across our whole environment: Operations : Run and maintain our servers, virtualization, backup and core services – on-premises and in the cloud.
- Workplace & Identity : Manage user accounts, access, clients and collaboration tools, and connect new applications via SSO.
- Security : Keep systems patched, hardened and monitored, and handle vulnerabilities and incidents.
- Business Applications : Take ownership of the tools our teams rely on, from Atlassian to finance applications.
- Improvement & Automation : Replace manual work with scripts and drive projects like new office rollouts and integrations of acquired companies.
