Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the store. What you'll be doing Delivering friendly, professional customer service and ensuring every customer has a positive experience Offering helpful advice and assistance to meet customer needs Maintaining stock availability and ensuring shelves are well stocked and presented Keeping the store clean, organised, and inviting through high standards of housekeeping and merchandising Following cash handling procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation Minimising waste through effective stock rotation and stock management Handling customer queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally Supporting the Store Manager with the smooth day-to-day operation of the store and other duties as required
