We are hiring an experienced Guest Service Associate ( Waiter ) for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait .
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure a positive first impression.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when required.
- Serve food, beverages, and desserts promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout operations.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Process bills and payments accurately while following company procedures.
- Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and service standards at all times.
Salary : KD 160 Basic + 1 Duty Meal Accommodation & Transportation will be provided
