NeoWork is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager (Independent Contractor) to lead our accounting team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, financial reporting, and compliance. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for developing accounting strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations and company policies. Requirements
Lead the accounting function across multiple hospitality clients, including AP, AR, and general ledger managementBuild and maintain scalable workflows, SOPs, and process documentationTrain, mentor, and support the accounting team to ensure consistent service qualityOversee day-to-day accounting operations and review complex or escalated itemsSupport bookkeeping and month-end close processes to maintain accurate financial recordsTroubleshoot accounting or operational issues with confidence and clarityPartner with leadership to design future team structures and scaling strategiesMaintain strong communication with U.S. vendors, clients, and internal teamsIdentify improvement opportunities and implement practical solutionsBenefits
