Job Description
QA - Automation Consultant with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in automation testing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Selenium, Playwright + TS, TestNG, BDD frameworks ________________________________________
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test scripts using Java, Selenium, Playwright and TestNG.
- Implement and maintain BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber) for behavior-driven development.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects and ensure quality.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of test automation practices.
- Document test cases, test results, and maintain test artifacts.
- Provide timely feedback and support during the software development lifecycle. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in QA Automation.
- Proficiency in Java programming and Selenium WebDriver and Playwright .
- Hands-on experience with TestNG and BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
- Strong knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
