Job Description
- Must-Have Skills 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, program management, or a related IT role.
- Proven experience managing multiple technology teams across application development, testing, DevOps, infrastructure, and production support.
- Work expirience in Java and related technologies is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, databases, messaging systems, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience delivering and supporting on-premises enterprise applications and data-center-based systems.
- Good understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience managing hybrid-cloud integration, application modernization, and cloud migration initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and software development life cycles.
- Ability to manage technical roadmaps, delivery plans, resource allocation, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines.
- Experience working with architecture, security, infrastructure, QA, business, and operations teams.
- Strong understanding of application security, performance, scalability, availability, disaster recovery, and compliance.
- Experience using delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
- Good-to-Have Skills Experience delivering AI, Generative AI, machine learning, automation, or data engineering initiatives.
- Understanding of large language models, AI APIs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and responsible AI.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Terraform, Ansible, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with Kafka, API gateways, event-driven architecture, service mesh, and observability tools.
- Experience with DevSecOps, SRE, ITIL, production support, and operational excellence.
