About this role
We are looking for an Architect with 5 years of experience and a strong background in conceptual design for multifamily projects. This role requires a sharp design eye, solid architectural foundations, and the ability to support production work when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop conceptual designs, site plans, and early-phase studies for multifamily projectsProduce high-quality graphic outputs and presentation materialsEnhance 3D graphics, exterior elevations, and visual concepts using PhotoshopPrepare and organize presentation packages using InDesignCollaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is accurately translated into production drawingsSupport production tasks as needed, ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverablesRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related fieldRegistered ArchitectMinimum 5 years of architectural experience, preferably with multifamily projectsStrong conceptual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detailAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (coloring site plans, enhancing elevations, improving 3D visuals)Solid experience in Adobe InDesign for presentation layouts and supporting graphicsAbility to balance design creativity with production efficiencyStrong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative team environmentAmenable to work during U.S. business working hours
