What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting pupils in a range of learning environments, based on their Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs)Working with specialist equipment and technologiesPromoting pupil wellbeing, dignity, and independence, including personal care and healthcare routinesSupporting and leading positive behaviour management using the Team Teach approachCollaborating with teaching staff to prepare, deliver and support engaging learning activitiesContributing to a warm, inclusive and values-driven school culture What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with or caring for children, ideally those with special educational needsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA team player who’s flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of pupilsA commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practiceA calm, empathetic and proactive attitude What We Offer:
