Royal Greenwich Trust School is seeking to appoint an exceptional pastoral and academic leader to lead and shape the next phase of our thriving Sixth Form provision. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly relational, ambitious and values-driven leader to build a Sixth Form culture characterised by aspiration, belonging, scholarship and opportunity.
We are looking for a leader who can inspire students and staff alike; someone who believes deeply in the transformational power of education and who is committed to ensuring that every young person is known, valued and supported to achieve exceptional outcomes.
The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the identity, culture and success of Years 12 and 13 at RGTS, building a Sixth Form experience that prepares students not only for outstanding academic achievement, but also for successful futures in higher education, apprenticeships, employment and leadership beyond school.
