Baginton Fields Academy provides education and support for students with a broad range of special educational needs. We cater for students between the ages of 11 and 19.
Our Support Staff are heavily involved in;
The development of a communication-based/sensory curriculum that is appropriate in content and structure for pupils with severe/complex learning difficultiesEstablishing curriculum differentiation to support access for pupils with severe/complex learning difficultiesDevelopment of early communicationBuilding up evidence portfolios and teaching and learning resourcesSupporting pupils to regulate their behaviourSuccessful applicants will be expected to demonstrate commitment towards the school ethos & vision "Dedicated to delivering inspirational learning experiences" and will enjoy working as part of a team.
