About this role
Join our Global Operations team as a Working Student Project Management (x|f|m) and take on a supporting role in project and portfolio management. By participating in governance processes, evaluations and defined work packages, you will contribute to transparency and reliable processes and thus support our common goal: better health for more people. The position is based on the Campus in Goettingen and is limited until 31.10.2027.
In this role, you benefit twice: You gain valuable practical experience and can finance your studies. With a weekly working time of 20 hours, you have enough time to continue to concentrate on your studies.
Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance and updating of tracking data related to investment requests
- Assist with the organizational preparation of project and investment meetings, for example by compiling documents and recording open points
- Provide support in maintaining project portfolio data and assist in preparing standardized project status information
- Support the regular updating of key figures and reports and perform basic data quality checks
- Assist with updating existing training, communication and onboarding materials for project management

- Enrolled student at a university, college or secondary education institution
- Ability to integrate quickly and successfully into teams
- High reliability as well as a careful and accurate way of working
- Willingness to learn and flexibility in taking on short-term tasks
- Interest in data analysis, master data maintenance and digital transformation projects
- Very good knowledge of German and English
