Job Title: Recruiter (Remote – LATAM-based, EST Hours
Salary Range: $600/month (USD) and commissions per each valid hire ($5 per hire) OTE $1,400 Contract Type: Independent Contractor Payment Method: Monthly via Payoneer Location: Remote (must be fluent in English and available during EST core hours)

What You’ll Do Own the full-cycle recruitment process for U.S.-based roles Source proactively using various platforms (Workable, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards etc.) Post jobs, screen candidates, and schedule interviews Keep Workable updated and organized daily Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment KPIs - Hire 10 on call techs per week Provide a positive and timely candidate experience Suggest improvements in job ads, interview questions, or sourcing strategies12 interviews per day as the expected daily activityRequirements
2+ year of recruiting experience with U.S.-based roles. If you do not have experience hiring for 1099 contractors massively in the US, we recommend you to not apply. Hands-on experience with Workable ATS preferredComfortable talking on the phone, at least 12 value calls per day to hire 10 techs minimum per week Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs) Strong communication and time management skills Highly proactive and resourceful—someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do Ability to work independently and take initiative English C1-C2Benefits
